Verizon Wireless Flatbush

Just upgraded my 2nd new iPhone here. The 2 gentlemen in the store are awesome and LMK all of my options. They are both very knowledgeable and helpful. They transferred all of my data and even stayed after closing to finish it. For my recent upgrade the phone came in about 3 weeks earlier than they said it would. This Verizon store is not a corporate store but a franchise store and they really care. I definitely recommend them!

I came into the store to get my phone serviced. Steven was beyond amazing!!! Not only was he extremely helpful, but knowledgeable and patient!! He went above and beyond to give me the best service on my new device. I literally walked out with more products/devices than I envisioned and even happier customer leaving than when I came in. If you go to the 7th Ave Brooklyn location-ask for Steve! He won’t disappoint you..

My old iPhone kept crashing. Repeatedly. Two pictures and it turned into a brick. Not until I returned home and connected it to the charging cord did it wake up. After going through this many times in a single week, I knew I had to take action. Thinking it maybe needed a new battery, I checked out both the local Apple store and the local Best Buy. No reservations for service were available at either place any time soon. FTR, I’m a senior and this is the first time I’d ever had to deal with such a problem on my own. Not knowing what else to do, I decided to drop into my local Verizon store on 337 Flatbush Avenue. The best decision I could have made by far. No reservations required.
